Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the 'ClickBlog' service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by To Be Free (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the AI-powered content generation and WordPress management automation platform provided by the Company.
• "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Service, agrees to these Terms, and uses the Service.
• "Credit" refers to digital currency purchased by a Member to use specific features within the Service.

Article 3 (Publication and Revision)

The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that Members can easily access them. The Company may revise these Terms within the scope of relevant laws.

Article 4 (Paid Services and Refunds)

1. Members can charge Credits through the payment methods designated by the Company.

2. Due to the nature of AI-driven digital content generation services, once Credits have been used to initiate content generation, the Credits consumed for that session are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for unused Credits can be requested through customer support within 7 days of the purchase date. In this case, financial transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Article 5 (Copyright of Posts)

The copyright of the content generated by the Member using the Service belongs to the Member. However, the Member is responsible for ensuring that the generated output does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
